SES moves to the forefront of Green Technology with the addition of the Q-Spot 560 LED from Chauvet Lighting!
Friday, 13 January 2012 09:49

With the addition of one of the most powerful LED Spot Fixtures in the industry, Southeast Staging pushes forward with Green Technologies!  We are working hard to save and conserve more power!

Bob Daniel, President/CEO of SES discusses the topic of Green Technologies and power consumption in an ever changing production industry:

"What an exciting time to be in the lighting industry! When I started this business it took 400-600 amp, 3phase power to run 120K plus specials for the average concert.  With the addition of our ALL LED Lighting packages we are now able to run 120K, 24 Movers, Hazers, and Special Effects of a mere 30amp 3phase service.  In fact we have run an entire production including Sound off of just 225amps.  This technology not only puts us into the green energy saving category, but we have been able to do this off of one service with absolutely no chance of interference between the Sound & Lighting Systems!"
